I can do it myself!!

Oh avid reader, what can we do to make it up to you? Perhaps pay you a visit? I would like to promise more blogs for you, but alas, I write this one as I prepare scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast and watch my new favorite show, Little Einsteins. Yes, we are all multi-taskers here in the Bryant household; is there any other way? All I can do is offer my most humble apologies and hope you can forgive me on charm and superb looks alone. I am quite the handsome devil and I have posted some pics in case you didn't quite remember. As you can also see, brother is getting SO big. That's not all he's getting either...he's been teething for the past two weeks at least. Bless his heart, he's hanging in there like a champ. Fortunately for him, I set the standard and taught those two silly parents of ours what to look for, even if it starts at two months old! Needless to say this time around they have been much more forthcoming with the analgesics and frequent gum massage. What I want to know is why I have to do all the suffering so that HE can be more comfortable?! Don't worry though, no animosity here. I love my little brother so much, why just yesterday I shared my raisins with him! And you know, he is truly a good boy. He is so laid back that mom, dad, and I get into so many fun activities. For example, he is so polite...he naps quietly every Wednesday while mom and I attend reading circle at the library. Or like yesterday, he considerately napped in the wagon in his car seat while mom and I played at the playground, in my sandbox, and with my new friend Kayla (Crystle's niece). He sleeps through grocery excursions, lunch, and even lets mom get me down for a nap most of the time. In fact, this is more than I can say for myself (about the naps of course)! OK, enough about how great my little brother is, you will have to come and see for yourself and...ON WITH THE NEWS. Where do I begin...I GOT A NEW TRICYCLE. I am learning to pedal and getting around quite well. You would think by mom's reaction I will be the next Lance Armstrong. I hear this was supposed to be an Easter present from the Bunny himself, however, mom gets way too excited and couldn't help herself. Anyway, I love it as you can see from above. Dad is doing wonderfully with his Crossfit business. He is now teaching his own gluttons for punishment several days a week. His gym is state of the art and his newest addition to the torture chamber consists of four, 400-600 pound tractor tires. Bad news for those recruits, great news for mom. She is quite thankful for his students as they have taken his attention and need for whipping someone into shape away from her. He also had a big birthday this past Sunday, number 33 in fact, and we had quite a celebration. We had guests from WV, the Smell triplets, and we also enjoyed a cake from Cold Stone! YUMMY!! We got dad a special Crossfit t-shirt and a new belt to sport his eagle belt buckle we got him for Christmas. A great day was definitely had by all. On the mom front, she finally got a hair cut after nearly a year thanks to the help of Ms. Michele. She also got an AWESOME new job, not the one you likely heard about, but one that came t-totally out of left field, also again thanks to Ms. Michele and dad of course. She would've been back to work this week (big bummer), but with dad's ok, she is all ours until mid-May! Whoopee!! Is that the best news ever or what? She is so thankful, she will keep her 20-24 hour week and also get a raise. Not to mention the new place is 35 minutes closer AND she will be working for some incredibly nice folks! It was an offer she couldn't refuse. Between you and me, I know she took it solely for the extra two months home with Jagger and me! Mom sure does love her boys!! Who in the world can blame her? We have a new weekly tradition here in UB, Thursday nights at the Buttersburg. Last Thursday night was extra special as Ms. Michele and Mr. James dined with us. We love that place! Not only does mom get out of cooking BUT we get a delicious meal...two thumbs way up. If you're up this way, come on by and patronize with us. Let's see, I told you about my fantastic brother, dad, mom, babysitter...what else is there? Ah yes, my amazing grandparents. They are coming to see me for Easter! And best of all, Gramma B. is staying another week. What good fortune! She and mom have the best time lunching, gossiping and drinking coffee, not to mention the desserts...we can't wait! You know she can't stay away from these irresistible Bryant boys for long! Speaking of Bryant boys, uncle Bart is well. We saw a pic of him recently and he is looking great. More good news in the family, cousin Kamrie got into Alfred U with a big, fat scholarship. We are all so happy and proud for her. She will be joining her big brother Kirk this fall. More family news, cousin Kelley got married on Valentine's day and we hope you didn't miss aunt Amber's bday on the 4th of this month or cousin Connor's on the 22nd, just like dad's. OK folks, I guess that is quite enough for now. Sure don't want to overwhelm you. I would like to say I will write again soon, but I don't want to get your hopes up. Truth is, I will write as often as possible and hope you will stick with us until life slows down a smidgen. If you can't stand missing out, I suggest you make the trip to see us. I know you won't be sorry, we are so worth it, just make sure you let me do it all myself! Until next time, thanks for everything, especially for staying tuned! We love you, miss you, and think of you each day, please do the same for all of us. Welcoming spring, the big bunny and you and yours, Cooper B.
